How does your Rewards Program work ?
Join, earn points and redeem points on your purchases! Through the program, you will be eligible to earn points whenever you make a purchase with Olive Kollection, on your birthday and for points for every new referral that successfully completes a first-time purchase.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points via the following activities:
Sign Up: New customers who sign up for the program will get started with 100 points!
Purchases: All qualifying purchases, earn 1 point for every $1 dollar spent. (1)
Birthday Points: Celebrate your birthday with an additional 100 points! (2)
Refer-a-Friend: You will earn 50 points for every new referral that successfully completes a first-time purchase. You can refer as many friends as you like! (3)
Who is eligible for the Reward Program?
Everyone! Just sign up for an account and start earning points!
How do I redeem Points?
Click the Rewards button on the lower right hand corner of any Olive Kollection page to be taken to your Kollection Points homepage (please remember to login!). There, you can choose to redeem your points for coupons (in denominations of $5, or $10) valid towards a future Olive Kollection purchase. (4)
How do I use my points?
Once you reach 100 points, you will have the option of redeeming them for a $5 coupon which can be applied to a future Olive Kollection purchase. 200 points can be exchanged for a $10 coupon.
Do my points ever expire?
Yes. Points are eligible for redemption up to twelve (12) months from the date they are originally earned.
How do I check how many points I have?
Click on the Rewards tab on the lower right-hand corner of any Olive Kollection page and see how many points you have accumulated.
Can I use my points during check out?
First redeem your points on your Rewards homepage. When checking out, you will be presented with the option to apply your points coupon code to your purchase.
I just placed an order / signed up but I don’t see the points added to my account.
Not to worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you!
What happens if my order is returned or canceled?
Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your Rewards Program account balance.
Why did my points balance go down?
If you or one of your referrals recently canceled a purchase or made a return, this could affect your account balance.
How do I leave the Rewards Program?
We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave the Rewards Program, please email us at email@example.com and we will deactivate your account. Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued points. You may re-enroll in the program at any time, however, your points balance will reset to zero.
