How to use

    i LOVE this highlighter!! To be honest when i first got it, i didn’t think it would be *that* pigmented and thought it would be a very subtle highlighter but i was wrong!! literally one swipe of the highlighter on my brush and let me tell you it’s STUNNING. So pigmented and the shine is amazing!!! If you’re thinking about buying this you should definitely do it!
