This cleanser has worked pretty well for me so far. The smell is VERY strong, so if you don't like peppermint or tea tree, this is not for you. I also learned what skin purging was when starting out this product. I thought it was breaking me out, but it subsided within a week, and I've had pretty solid results. For reference, I have combo/acne prone skin, and I use it once a day (at night) after my oil cleanser. I'll also emulsify it for a few seconds, rub it into my face for about a minute, rinse my hands with water and rub for another minute. This works best for me, and I feel like I'm getting the most out of this product.
