What is your shipping policy?
We ask for your patience as mail volume has raised for USPS and there is a nationwide delay. We appreciate your understanding as USPS is working hard to get your packages to you as soon as possible.
Please note that our warehouse closes on weekends (Sat and Sun) and major holidays.
Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather, holiday orders), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.
SHIPPING RATES FOR U.S.
Olive Kollection offers the following domestic flat rate shipping options: All U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii.
- Free U.S. PRIORITY Shipping via USPS (1-3 days) on purchases with a subtotal $40 and over, excluding taxes and after any promotions and discounts are applied.
- $5 flat fee for standard shipments via USPS First Class (2-10 days) with a subtotal of less than $40, excluding taxes and after any promotions and discounts are applied.
All products are shipped directly from Orange County, CA. Orders will be processed and shipped the within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Shipping confirmation email along with tracking information, if available, will be sent when your order is processed.
*Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for returned or delayed packages by the postal service. We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to address incorrectly entered by the customer.
SHIPPING RATES TO CANADA
Olive Kollection also ships via USPS Intl First Class Mail to Canada. This service has tracking.
First class mail takes 5~30 business days and is a flat rate of $18 for all orders. Occasionally, packages may be delayed in customs, we ask for your patience as mail volume has raised for USPS and there is a nationwide delay.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.
We are currently not shipping internationally at this time. Please stay posted for future upcoming updates! We are working hard to ship internationally.
Is there a sales tax charge on my order?
We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships for U.S. Domestic and Canada orders if tracking is available. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
